Our business model is based on print on demand. Unlike traditional manufacturers, we only print customer-selected items after the order has been placed. Whether it's a retail or wholesale order, we only produce the quantity you want. At Oletishirts, sustainable manufacturing and operations are part of our company DNA. Not only is it good for the planet, but it's also very popular with our customers.

Invest in sustainable & ecological production

We are constantly investing in new technologies and more environmentally friendly products. For example, direct digital printing, our standard printing process, uses sustainable inks, vegan pigments and a special printing process that saves electricity and water.

​

Many of our products are printed with the direct to garment (DTG) technique. With DTG, the ink is sprayed onto the garment, helping it to soak into the fabric better and making the print less prone to fading.

Embroidery is also a popular option for eco-friendly products, offering unique and sustainable designs and a flexible product range to choose from. Embroidered products are more durable than printed designs and quicker to test since the color of the product will not affect the final result.

Products from our own multi-certified Premium collection are made with organic and environmentally friendly fabrics. In addition, other organic brands are already represented in our catalog. Before the end of 2022, we aim to more than double the number of our sustainable products. We want to offer our customers a sustainable alternative in almost all of our product categories. We also work to ensure full transparency of the provenance, materials and certificates of our items.

Sustainable products & impressions

Products made with high-quality fabrics and materials last and please especially for a long time. Each product undergoes extensive testing before being added to our range. We verify the durability of fabrics and prints through a series of test prints and multiple washes. After printing, we test the brilliance of the printed colors, the finish and check for the possible presence of chemical residues. Even the products, which have been in our range for a long time, are regularly checked in order to guarantee constant product quality.
