Delivery

When will I receive my order? It usually takes 3-7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. The shipping time depends on where you live, but it can be estimated as follows:

● United States: 3 - 4 business days

● Europe: 6 - 8 working days

● Australia: 2 - 14 business days

● Japan: 4 - 8 business days

● International: 10 - 20 working days

[Covid-19] When will I receive my order? Our delivery times [for all products, T-shirts, phone cases, etc.] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things return to normal. We are seeing delays in our supply chain, including at distributors and carriers, as the entire industry faces challenges.

Where will my order be shipped from?

We work with an on-demand fulfillment company with facilities around the world!

Will customs fees be added?

Additional customs and tax fees may be charged for international orders. These charges are beyond our control and will be charged by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. So please check with your local customs office directly if they apply any duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should have arrived, but I still haven't received it. What should I do ?

Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the shipping address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Visit your neighbors in case the courier has left them the package

 

If the shipping address is correct and the package has not been dropped off at the post office or your neighbor's, contact us at [insert your support email address here] stating your order number. If you have found an error in your shipping address, we may send you a replacement order, but the shipping will be at your expense.

Orders

How are your products made?

We work with a distributor of print-on-demand products. They are found all over the world, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the site that can do it most efficiently.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you have any questions regarding the tracking or shipping of your order, write to us at merche4cause@gmail.com

I received a wrong / damaged product, what should I do?

We are very sorry if the product you ordered has arrived damaged.

To help us resolve this issue quickly, please email us at merche4cause@gmail.com within weeks with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have regarding your order.

Returns

What is your return policy ?

We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is a problem with your order, please let us know by contacting us at merche4cause@gmail.com!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive wrong or damaged items. If you are concerned, please contact us at merche4cause@gmail.com sending us pictures of the damaged items and we will do our best to refund you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size / color?

At the moment, we do not offer exchanges. If you are not sure which size is best for you, take a look at our size guides: we have one for each item listed on our store, in the product description section. Although this is rare, it is possible that an item you ordered is incorrectly labeled. If so, please let us know at merche4cause@gmail.com within a week of receiving your order. Fill in your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we'll send you a new one, or refund your money!
